In this edition, a Friend shares his personal experience into and out of addiction. We also remember our good Friend Nick Cole, who contributed to the direction and work of QAAD over many years, and has died at a sadly early age.
We ask whether the government will act in view of the increase of 100,000 or more in the problem gambling figures. There is a report from a recent conference on addiction, and an account of QAAD’s work in 2010, as well as a discussion of our public issues work.
